• 3 Year Wood and Plywood Warranty: We offer an additional 3-year warranty specifically for wood and plywood materials used in your home's construction, providing extended peace of mind.

Repairs:

• 3 Year Extended Repair Services: Even after the warranty period, Aforcire is here for you. We offer extended repair services for an additional 3 years, with associated costs clearly communicated beforehand.

Important Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence or misuse.

Relocation:

We understand that circumstances may change. To ensure a smooth transition, we offer:

• Free Relocation (Within 1 Year): Aforcire provides free relocation of your home within the first year of purchase, making it easier to adjust to your needs.

• Relocation Fee (After 1 Year): After the first year, a relocation fee based on distance (₹9 per km) will apply.
